The page behind your poster.

This is the page a sender lands on when they scan your QR code — rendered by the same code as a live box, for an invented café. The numbered notes explain what each element is doing for you.

Kopi & Toast is not a real company. The name and UEN below are fictitious, shown for demonstration. On a real box, a name appears only after the organisation passes verification — and the form below is display-only.

You are writing to

Kopi & Toast

Registered as KOPI & TOAST PTE. LTD. · UEN 200000000X

This box is anonymous. You are never required to identify yourself, regardless of what the form asks. What we keep, and what we don't

From the organisation

Anything about the café — service, safety, the roster. We read everything.

  1. Your languages, the sender’s pick. English, 中文, Bahasa Melayu and தமிழ் are available on every plan — you enable the ones your team can answer in, and the whole page follows the sender’s choice. One language enabled, and this switcher simply isn’t shown.
  2. Your verified name and UEN. Shown only after you prove you control a bank account in your registered name. Senders can check the UEN against the public register — that check is what makes them willing to write. An unverified box shows no name at all.
  3. The anonymity banner. A platform rule, on every box, linking to the full threat model. You cannot edit or remove it — and because every box carries it, your people can trust it on yours.
  4. The form itself. No name field, no email, no sign-up — there is nothing to fill in except the message. Your own welcome line — the note marked “From the organisation” — is yours to write.
  5. Attachments, sanitised. Photos and PDFs are virus-scanned and stripped of hidden metadata before they reach your console — evidence for you, without the sender accidentally identifying themselves.

And after they press send?

They get a passphrase, shown once — living-frequency-huntsman-neon-scarecrow-86 — their only way back into the conversation. No account, nothing to reset, nothing for us to look up. When you reply, they enter it at tell.sg and answer you, still anonymous.
